“New Wine in New Wineskins” is the motto which gathered nearly 30 Oblate Brothers from the Polish Province and guests, at the Oblate Youth Centre in Kokotek, Poland. The meeting took place during the celebration of St. Joseph Day, the patron of the Brothers.
To mark the Year of Oblate Vocations, older and younger Brothers decided to meet and celebrate the Brother’s vocation. The Brothers shared the story of their vocation and their ministry in the province.
Representing the administration at the meeting was the provincial, Fr. Pawel ZAJAC. There was also a guest from the General House in Rome in the person of Bro. Zygmunt WOLNIAK, and from Ukraine, Brothers Jan MATUSZYK and Sebastian JANKOWSKI.
The Polish province has the largest number of Brothers in the congregation, and today there are five future Brothers in the postulancy, the novitiate and the juniorate. (Bro. Rafał DĄBKOWSKI)
