Frs. Blaise POLA-PHUATI, David IBWIDI;
Mungela Robert GUZABA; Bieng Jean-Pierre BWALWEL;
Manyanga Adolphe VUNGA; and Thomas MUKIRAMFI
to the Provincial Council of the Province of Congo.
