As yesterday, the Capitulars spent the morning debating and voting on amendments to proposed changes to some articles of the Constitutions and Rules, following the juridical procedures.
In the afternoon, four proposals submitted to the General Chapter were presented and discussed on some specific themes: Oblate Laity, Protection of Minors and Vulnerable Adults, the appeals of Pope Francis in Querida Amazonia and Laudato Si’.
