received the consent of the Council for the appointment of

Frs. Jean Nicolas PRINTEMPS,

Dominique MUSCADIN, Laudy MERILAN,

Alfred LAURICIEN, and Jean-Luc BOURDEAU

as members of the Provincial Council of the

Province of Haiti.
