Frs. Lizwelinjani MLOTSHWA; Lucas Thabo MMOLAOA;
Sholto DOUGLAS; Sithabiso SITHOLE; Vitalis MAROLE;
and Thabani Petrus SHOBA

to the Provincial Council of the OMI Province of Southern Africa.
