received the consent of the Council for the appointment of
Frs. Philip Anselm Jagath ANTHONY, James JAYASINGHE,
Anton Shivantha WAAS, Chrishantha J. FERNANDO, and Eymard DALPATADU
as members of the Provincial Council of the Colombo Province of Sri Lanka.
