Meeting for the Permanent Committee for the Constitutions and Rules

The Permanent Committee for the Constitutions and Rules met in Rome April 5-7, 2024.

Present at the meeting were Frs. Antoni BOCHM, Vicar General, Constant KIENGE-KIENGE, Martin WOLF, Grzegorz RURAŃSKI, Warren BROWN, Sakubita Lawrence LIKE, Chairperson, and the  Secretary: Fr. Augustinus QESA. At this fourth in-person meeting, the Committee studied the responses to the questionnaire on restructuring sent by the Superior General last year.  The responses totaled nearly 300 pages and represented many Congregation members. 

The Committee summarized the gathered responses and sent restructuring orientation proposals to the Superior General and council for their study at the April-May plenary session.  After the Superior General and his Council review these proposals, they will be distributed to all the Congregation members for further consideration in preparation for the Interchapter meeting in 2025.
