From April 8th to 10th, 2024, the Sacred Heart Novitiate in Bandarawela, Sri Lanka, hosted the annual Formators’ Live-in, a significant gathering to foster reflection and growth.
The event brought together 18 individuals, including distinguished guests like Fr. Provincial and Fr. Vicar Provincial of Colombo and formators representing all formation houses from Colombo and Jaffna Provinces.
Central to the gathering was a collective dedication to promoting excellence in formation practices. To deepen our discussions and insights, we were privileged to have Professor Ajantha Dharmasiri, a management expert, as our resource person for the occasion.
Professor Dharmasiri’s session focused on “Enhancing Management Excellence.” His profound expertise and dynamic presentation style captivated all participants, igniting thought-provoking discussions and fostering constructive exchanges of ideas.
As we reflect on the event, we anticipate that the seeds sown during the Formators’ Live-in will continue to bear fruit, enriching and fortifying our shared mission in service to the Church and the global community.
