The Italian missionary Fr. Vincenzo (Enzo) Abbatinali, OMI, is the founding father of the parish of Mary Immaculate the Mother of God (MIPA) in Dakar, Senegal.Together with the parishioners and many Oblates, he celebrated the 60th anniversary of his priesthood.
